The Saudi Event Show is returning to Riyadh for its 5th edition from 11 – 12 September at Riyadh International Convention & Exhibition Center (RICEC), Riyadh. This was a good opportunity to connect with 2,500+ event professionals and 100+ exhibitors from across the industry. From organisers, entertainment professionals, marketing, PR and creative specialists, operations experts, event technology and solution providers, regulators and other stakeholders.
The 2023 edition of the Saudi Event show was the biggest and best edition, taking place in person in Riyadh and bringing together the who’s who of the Kingdom’s MICE and entertainment industry. The Show features 25+ free-to-attend interactive seminars covering everything you need to know about the Kingdom’s event industry, including market updates, visas and regulations, wedding trends, e-sport events, catering, marketing, the latest event tech, AV, temporary structures, and much more.

Ed Sheeran made a surprise appearance at the Saudi Event Show in Riyadh on Monday.The British singer was hired by an events company to perform at their booth at the industry show. He put on a series of one-song performances, singing his popular ballad, Perfect.
The pop-up performances were organised by Shine, a Saudi event staffing company.
